We are located at Century Center at 1750 Kalakaua Ave. We are directly across the street from the Hawaii Convention Center. We do not validate parking. We do have a 15 minute grace period and you can call us to have a tech meet you curbside for drop/pick up or you can use the 24 hour secure drop/pick up at the lobby desk. The repair center itself is not open to the public for safety and security reasons.
Android Hawaii has been around since 2010 when MJ Nale started offering services to fix smartphones at a local coffee shop in Pearl City. In 2013 the shop was relocated to Century Center in Honolulu. In 2015 MJ Founded Phonlab Smartphone Tech, an online school for people interested in getting certified as a Smartphone Technician. MJ is widely considered one of the best technicians in the world and is called on often by the news, and other techs for advice, tips, and opinions. He is also a former Radio host with KWAI 1080, Hawaii delivering "The Tech Report " and is a regular on several podcasts online. Android Hawaii offers a limited 1 year warranty on all parts and labor associated with your repair and is not transferable. The limited warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original customer of the repair, and does not include unlocking services. This limited 1 year warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by Android Hawaii or franchised locations as well as the workmanship associated with the repair only, and does not cover supplemental damage. Supplemental damage can be defined as any damage unrelated to the preceding repair, including, but not limited to physical damage or liquid damage to the device. Manufacturer-related defect symptoms may include one or more of the following: a spontaneous or abrupt decline in overall device functionality, touchscreen sensitivity, or LCD performance. Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to, physical and/or liquid damage, game system reflows, batteries, accessories and soldered components. Liquid damage and subsequent physical damage which occurs after a completed repair will void this warranty. Additionally, this warranty is automatically voided in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the phone. If you are disputing a repair and you are receiving a refund that refund does not include the labor charge associated with your repair or any subcontracted labor provided to Android Hawaii and there is a 20% restocking fee on returned parts if approved. Android Hawaii and franchised location reserves the right to resolve any and all disputes concerning this acknowledgment of 1 year limited warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover software support or unlocking services.
Drop off / Pick up Policy
Please call our shop before you check in a device at the front desk, and make sure you bring your ID when you pick up.
If you are leaving a device, smartphone, PC, tablet, mac or other gadget otherwise not listed in our repair center for repair or otherwise, you will be called when it is ready for pickup. You have 30 days to pick up please bring your ID. If you are going to need more then 30 days please call us and let us know if you do not pick up your device after 30 days you may lose it by not getting back to us, just call

Emergency Services after hours
If you require emergency service
please send us a text and then call. After hours is between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM an 85$ charged will be billed for this service. Water damage from the ocean can start corroding your device quickly after exposure, call us after hours at 808-724-0721 or go to the lobby desk and ask for Android Hawaii.
When you bring your device for repair there may be changes during the repair completion time or price, this is because every repair is different, if you damage your screen or got it wet as an example there may be other damage that was not revealed initially. That means additional repairs or parts may be needed to repair it. If you are getting a repair and it takes longer than you expected when you dropped it off and you want a refund because we did not get it done fast enough for you will not get a refund. Refunds for parts from a special order due to any circumstance are only given on a case by case basis at our discretion. We are not responsible when we told you about our service agreement, and you did not read it. Android Hawaii also may have repairs ahead of yours. Android Hawaii has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime without cause.
